Hi !
Phuong's background is rooted in fashion design — from sketching for Fendi to working with brands like REVOLVE, Theory, and Rhude. She experienced the full pipeline early on, from initial concepts to development and production.
But it wasn't until she started building her own fashion brand and growing multiple Etsy stores — selling tools and resources for other designers — that things really clicked.
Working closely with customers as an Etsy Star Seller, she saw the same frustrations over and over again: disconnected tools, manual workflows, and how hard it is to turn a simple idea into something production-ready.
